Anna E.S. Brooks
I am a Maurice Wilkins Centre Research Fellow within the School of Biological Sciences, at the University of Auckland, under the leadership of Professor Rod Dunbar. Part of my role has also been to develop, manage and run the Science Faculty Flow Cytometry Facility, which augmented my passion for developing multicolour flow cytometry panels to characterise complex cellular populations in digested human tissues. My primary research interest lies in being able to bring together my expertise in multicolour flow cytometry, cellular immunology and mesenchymal stromal cell biology to try and better understand immune/stromal cell interactions in health and disease.
